Maui Jack's is all about the Aloha spirit! To keep things friendly, here are a few house rules...
MAUI JACK'S SEASON
Thank you for another great season! Maui Jack's is currently CLOSED for the 2020 Season. See you next summer! Opening in May 2021.
ADMISSION
All guests entering the waterpark must pay an admission fee. We DO NOT offer spectator admission. All guests must purchase and wear an armband during their stay in the waterpark. Armbands are good for all-day access, you may leave and come back throughout the day as long as you are still wearing your armband.
WEATHER
Maui Jack’s will always ensure our guests safety comes first, ride operations may be suspended due to inclement weather and will resume when conditions clear. While we do not offer refunds due to inclement weather, we will provide rainchecks if operations are suspended for more than 90 minutes.
OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK
Outside food, drinks, or coolers will NOT be permitted. Sorry dudes. Exceptions are made for those with medical conditions with dietary restrictions. Those with dietary restrictions are permitted to bring in a small cooler with food and drinks providing medical documentation. We do have a picnic area just outside the park entrance that is available to any guest who wishes to pack a lunch. Coolers must be left in your vehicle and will not be permitted past ticket redemption.
APPROPRIATE DRESS
This is a family-friendly attraction. All patrons must wear full coverage bathing suits, one or two piece swimsuit or shorts that stop above or just below the knees. No jeans, shoes, water shoes, goggles or life vests are permitted on slides. Thong bottom swimwear and suits with metal clasps or components such as rivets, zippers and buckles are not permitted. Offensive clothing is not permitted.
HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS
Attraction restrictions vary for those 48" and over and those 47" and under. Guests must obey the height requirement for each slide without question. Height checks will be conducted at ticket redemption. Children under 48" will receive a wristband that indicates which rides they are eligible to ride. For safety reasons, Lifeguards may still request a height check at their discretion.
PARK SAFETY
Please obey ALL Lifeguards and posted signs. We know you are amped to be here but no running in the waterpark. Water shoes and flip flops are not permitted on the slides but are suggested when you are moving throughout the park or restrooms. Water socks are permitted on most attractions but are subject to operator approval. Children under 48" REQUIRE adult supervision in the Lazy river and North Shore Beach.
SMOKING
No smoking or vaping is permitted within the waterpark. We provide a designated smoking area outside of the waterpark.
LIFE JACKETS
Life jackets we provide are Coast Guard approved, are available while supplies last. Life Jackets are mandatory for anyone 47" and under while at the Lazy River.
INFANTS
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, diapers will not be permitted in any pool. All babies and toddlers under the age of 3 will be required to wear approved swim diapers when entering any pool or attraction. Approved swim diapers are available for purchase at the retail outlet in the Welcome Building. The changing of diapers is not permitted in pool or deck areas. Changing stations are located in the restrooms.
LOCKER RENTAL
Lockers are available at the waterpark for a nominal fee both hourly and daily. Maui Jack’s is not responsible for the loss of any valuables.
We want all of our visitors to have an awesome time but violation of rules will result in immediate removal from the waterpark without refund.
