Frequently Asked Questions

If I purchase daily admission, can I leave and re-enter?

Yes. Admission is good for the full day. Be sure to keep your wristband on to re-enter the park.

If I purchased tickets online or at our hotel, do I need to check-in when we arrive?

Yes, please check-in so everyone can receive the appropriate wristband for their visit.

Do I have to pay to come in and watch my child or sit with the rest of my group?

Yes. Everyone who enters Maui Jacks is required to pay the admission price that pertains to them even if they are not swimming or sliding. All guests under 13 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult when entering the park.

Can we bring our lunch or coolers to the waterpark?

No. Outside food, drinks, or coolers will not be permitted. Exceptions are made for those with medical conditions with dietary restrictions. If you would like to bring lunch, we offer a picnic area just outside the park entrance for our guests, but coolers must be left in your vehicle. Coolers will not be permitted past ticket redemption.

Can I ride the attractions if I have a brace or cast?

Guests wearing casts or braces designed for injuries are permitted to ride the Lazy river but are not permitted on any waterslide attractions.

Does purchasing a day pass mean I can ride every ride?

No. Height and weight restrictions, as well as clothing and jewelry restrictions, apply to each slide. Guests under 48" are NOT permitted on our larger attractions.

What is Safety Break?

At the top of the hour, our guards announce "Safety Break" for our Kiddie Area/pool. *Breaks are usually 5-10 minutes.

We clear the pool, especially on really busy days, to ensure no safety hazards have developed in the water, equipment, or facility. When the attraction is packed, it can be difficult to see under and around everything. This gives the guards a chance to do a quick check without any obstruction, and a chance to ensure every swimmer under 48" has a parent and/or guardian with them in the water

It is also for our younger swimmers who may need an escort or a reminder to take a trip to the bathroom. We love having our littlest swimmers, but swim diapers need a check to keep our pool clean and safe to play in. Safety break is a great time to do this and take our toddlers to the potty.

Do my children need supervision while in the park?

To enter the waterpark, children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult. While in the waterpark, children under 48" REQUIRE adult supervision at all times.
